Returns
At Bia Studios we want to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase. In addition to your Consumer Guarantees, should you change your mind for any reason we will happily refund or exchange your purchase providing the following conditions have been met:
- Item(s) are returned to us within 7 days of first receiving the parcel, including faulty products
- Items must be in original condition and not altered
All original labels are attached - Garments must not have been worn or washed
- The items are not designated “FINAL SALE” at time of purchase
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed after the item(s) returned have undergone internal checks and are approved for refund. Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed and must have all original tags attached. Returns that do not meet our requirements may not be accepted.
After approval, we will issue a full refund of the item(s) returned (excluding, where applicable, the original delivery charges). Return shipping is to be organised by the customer and charged at the expense of the customer.
Your refund will be processed via the following methods:
- Refunds will be issued in original form of payment (Online Card Payment only)
- In case you opt for store credit, the full refund value will be credited to your Bia Studios account after the item(s) returned have been approved and you will be able to use the refund value for your future purchases on the Bia Studios website without any time limit. Therefore you will not see a refund on your bank statement account as
the refund value will not be transferred to your issuing debit or credit card bank.
Exchanges
Due to high sell through of stock, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to change your size or style, we recommend you repurchase and return your original order for a refund or store credit in accordance with our return conditions.
